Stephanie Happening releases new song “Ignition” on November 5 2025

November 5th is Bonfire Night in the UK and a major autumn celebration rooted in rebellion and remembrance. It’s also National Stress Awareness Day and Eating Healthy Day. That’s no coincidence. We chose this day with intention.

It’s our ritual. Our spark. Our declaration.

A flare in the sky that says: We’re still here. We’re still fighting. And we’re doing it our way.

Why November 5th?

Because we know what it means to carry stress in the body. To hold silence in the bones. To survive things no one should have to survive and then build something beautiful from the ashes.

Because we adapted our entire life to a Healthy Eating Lifestyle Plan, a HELP plan. Not a trend. Not a diet. A necessity. A lifeline. We eat only anti-inflammatory foods. No meat. No dairy. No processed anything. No refined sugar. We drink fresh, high pH alkaline water. We do this to fight cancer. To stay in remission. To stay alive.

And it’s working. Our fight isn’t over, but we feel like we’re winning.

We release Ignition on this day to honour that. To honour the fire it takes to keep going. To honour the stress we carry and the ways we soothe it. To honour the food that heals us. To honour the silence we broke.

We are a rebel against silence.

We are a system. We are many. And we’ve spent years learning how to speak, how to sing, how to scream when we need to. Ignition is that scream. It’s that dance. It’s that moment when the match hits the fuse and the sky lights up.

This song is for anyone who’s ever had to rebuild themselves from the inside out. For anyone who’s ever had to say, I deserve to be here. I deserve to be well. I deserve to be loud.
